Why choose Higher Efficiency, Inc.?

We care about the American economy, and especially New York State business. We are here not just to get paid, but to see a job well done.

Our CEO, Andrew Badera, grew up in the Adirondacks of upstate New York, the son of an entrepreneur who founded and continues to operate a small medical manufacturing business in Glens Falls, NY. Our CEO knows startups and small businesses from the ground up -- from the inside, out, from bootstrapping and fundraising, across the chasm to sustainability.

Daniel Caves, Vice President, is a Microsoft-certified professional with over a decade's experience serving clients large and small across a wide variety of verticals. Dan spent five years serving clients from small businesses to international corporations with presence in the Rochester market, then went on to consult for DHL nationally and Goldman Sachs in Chicago, executing complex logistical planning and delivering comprehensive financial analysis.

We have scrubbed toilets, swept floors, emptied garbage, answered phones, managed inventory, scrambled for leads, lost sales, burned fingers on manufacturing lines, received headaches from microscopes in QC and cuts from boxes in shipping. We have depended on Peachtree, on Quickbooks, on Excel. We have scraped by payrolls, and have been pained by the costs of group medical plans. We understand how hard, especially in these economic times, it is to run and grow a small business. We take pride in seeing our efforts improve your results.

The Internet has made the Earth a fairly flat globe. Elance and Guru.com and craigslist and the like offer any small business a plethora of cheap overseas software resources, many of whom take just as much pride in their work as we do. What makes Higher Efficiency, Inc. different? We care about your business. It's that simple. We understand your needs, we have felt your pain, and we are here to address it.

We certainly invite you to shop around, but here at Higher Efficiency, Inc. we are confident that we will be hearing from you -- no one can deliver service and results superior to ours.
